DBP training mission is specially designed for all European managers responsible for developing or improving their company's marketing strategy for the Japanese market.
It helps participants to improve their knowledge and understanding of the Japanese business approach to customer satisfaction.  It also gives a practical overview of the distribution system in Japan and provides insights into how Japanese companies are achieving customer satisfaction and developing strategies for creating added value.
